Yes. Charleston Dock Doctors LLC is fully licensed, bonded, and insured for marine construction across the greater Charleston, SC area.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Tell us about your project and we'll provide a detailed, no-obligation estimate.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Charleston and the greater Lowcountry, from James Island and Johns Island to Mount Pleasant, Folly Beach, Isle of Palms, Moncks Corner, and beyond.

Do you handle permitting?

We can guide you through the permitting process and coordinate with the relevant agencies, or advise you on pursuing permits independently.

How long will my project take?

Timelines depend on scope, site conditions, tides, and permitting. We'll give you a realistic schedule up front and keep you updated throughout.

What materials do you use?

We build with marine-grade lumber, vinyl sheeting, composite decking, and stainless or hot-dipped hardware selected to last in saltwater.

Do you repair existing structures or only build new?

Both. We handle forensic repairs and rebuilds as well as brand-new docks, seawalls, piers, and lifts.
