JP and his Charleston Dock Doctors recently rebuilt our floating dock and replaced the worn out wood boards on the gangway from the fixed dock with new composite WEARdeck boards that should last a lot longer and are cooler in direct sunlight. He worked around thunderstorms on the planned first day of the work but his crew worked late the next day to finish the job on time. We are very pleased with the way the completed project looks. The project cost was reasonable and substantially less than the next closest bid from another contractor.

We are planning to have Charleston Dock Doctors do some tune-up work on the sea wall between our back yard and the marsh this summer.

I cannot express enough how organized and determined JP and his team were. We encountered some challenges with the tide and weather, but JP and his team quickly rescheduled to clean the site and return in accordance with the tide. I also gave them a generous tip. Everyone maintained a positive attitude, and the job was completed to a high standard. I highly recommend them.

We hired Charleston Dock Doctors to rebuild a failing retaining wall along the lake behind our house. JP was very patient with my questions and was clear and detailed when explaining what they would be doing. Because we are planning to add a pool, JP worked with the pool contractor to make sure the wall was built with the pool in mind. The work was done on time and under budget (because we got a credit for unused materials). The crew was respectful of our property, cleaning up behind their work, and were friendly to interact with. End product exceeded our expectations. I was impressed to see that JP also was not just involved in selling their services, but was also on-site working along with his crew. It was also refreshing to see that they actually seemed to enjoy working together! Would definitely recommend them to others.

I had several well established companies look at my job here at Edistow Beach. Dock Doctors did the most professional and rapid assessment of my needs. They were extremely friendly and professional, and their estimate was extremely detailed and well thought out they replaced my walkway with an excellent walkway that is metal and was wood, and they also totally replaced my existing floating dock. Their prices were extremely competitive and they were very willing to do small. Favors as part of the job they were very smart in all of their answers very quick to respond and I recommend them very highly

We had some pilings replaced and added to the side of our dock. The guys were on time and came when they said they were coming. They cleaned up and were nice to talk to. I will have them come out again if needed and I definitely will recommend them to anyone looking for dock repair. Thanks guys!!!
